Internews supports the production of several Tajik language TV programs on critical issues to citizens of Tajikistan, such as consumer rights, migrant labor, and budgeting in times of economic crisis. Through consultations, workshops, and master classes, Internews trains journalists in objective journalism, investigative reporting, and the rights and obligations of professionals in the field. Guidance on draft laws as they relate to the media sector and legal counsel is provided for media outlets in need. In addition, Internews' programs have helped Tajik print media take their first steps toward becoming convergent and developing an online presence.
