The ICRC is an independent, neutral organization ensuring humanitarian protection and assistance for victims of war and other situations of violence. It has a permanent mandate under international law to take impartial action for prisoners, the wounded and sick, and civilians affected by conflict. In situations of conflict the ICRC coordinates the response by national Red Cross and Red Crescent societies and their International Federation.

IDDH-Capel stands for the "Inter-American Institute of Human Rights-Centre for Electoral Promotion and Assistance". It was created in 1980 through an agreement signed between the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the Republic of Costa Rica. Today it has become one of the world's leading centres for teaching and academic research on human rights, applying a multidisciplinary approach with an emphasis on the problems of the Americas. It is based in San José, Costa Rica. The CAPEL (Centre for electoral promotion) is a programme developed by the IIDH to promote and enhance electoral support and provide technical guidance.

Inner Mongolia University, founded in 1957, was the first comprehensive university ever established in a minority nationality region. Now, it is also one of the "211 Project" universities for key construction and development. Occupying an area of 514.7 thousand square metres, the University is located in the capital city of the Inter Mongolia Autonomous Region, Hohhot, a city with a long history and rich culture beyond the Great Wall. The University consists of 14 colleges and faculties (altogether there are 32 departments) and another two independent departments for general education, covering 45 undergraduate programmes, as well as nine key disciplines either at national or regional level. 39 disciplines are authorized to grant a Master's degree (including one for MBA), and six to grant a doctoral degree. Three post-doctorate working stations are located in the university as well.
