Nai Media Development in Afghanistan

Nai, a local Afghan organization working for the development of open media in Afghanistan created a video to describe its media activities in Afghanistan. Since 2004 Nai has been working in different sectors, but the most of work is trainings for journalists from all over Afghanistan.

Nai’s principal activities are:

Radio station establishing in Afghanistan
  •  building up of technical and financial capacities of Afghan media
  •  providing support on legal issues, explaining media law to journalists
  •  raising journalists awareness on their rights and duties
  •  new initiative – raising awareness on environmental issues in Afghanistan
  •  building professional capacities of Afghan journalists through trainings on journalism, computer skills, photo journalism and organisation of the photo exhibition
  •  launching new FM radio stations in the country
