Internews Europe broadcasts online Afghanistan’s independent local radio stations, facilitating communication between the Afghan Diaspora abroad and Afghanistan’s local independent radio sector, collect advertising and sponsorship over the Internet.
Radio Killid, established in August 2003, is a self-sustained radio station operating in Kabul. Radio Killid is the first Afghan talk radio station to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Radio Killid also advocates for women capacity building, addresses cultural concerns, and supports awareness programs.
Radio Killid is now proud to offer worldwide online services through its website, including domestic and international news services, online exchange of audio and text messages, advertisements, its entertainment, cultural information, TKG (the Killid Group) online, Quick Links, and detailed information about its programs.
